only Singaporeans are eligible to purchase a landed property.

Will you consider landed property in Sentosa? If not you will need to seek approval from Singapore Land Authority's Land Dealings Approval Unit first before you can buy one in the mainland.

Unfortunately landed property is considered restricted property in Singapore, and only Singaporeans or non-citizens with special approval from Singapore Land Authority's Land Dealings Approval Unit can purchase.

Might consider some of the freehold apartments in Singapore? Some of the floor plates also offer luxurious sizes and good potential capital appreciation.
