    I am just browsing the market to pick up some bargains probably in August 2020 onwards when I can get a better feel of the market position and pattern going forward. My tentative budget is between 1.5M to 3.0M per non landed property.
    Non obligatory as I am also checking with lawyer and banker friends for distressed sales.
