hi,i'm 22 year old,i wanted to buy any kind of house..i'm with my mum 2 kids and husband..its very hard to get a house now a days..can i get house grand if i buy re sale house..and how its works?

Hi,

I do not understand when you mentioned husband, would it be your husband? If you are married, you are eligible to purchase a house from HDB. And yes, you are eligible for grant if you are a first timer getting HDB.

ouh sorry yea i'm married what i mean is its 4 of us thats why i need a house urgently as my kids going to primary school i need a proper place to stay..
i'm bringing my mum staying with me too will i get grand for that too?n my cpf is only 10k if i need to top up some cash how much will it be..?the loan and so ..
