Hi,

I have been looking around for a property in Shenton Way. Heard that 76 Shenton was a sell-out a while ago but wondering why the delay in the construction thus far, having passed by the site few days ago, but yet to see any basic structure. Thought these days, developer requires only 2-3 years for completion. Would like to see the basic building facade before deciding whether to purchase.

Also wondering whether the rental yield there can be 4% at least?

Anyone who has info, please kindly enlighten. Thanks!
