HI,I am considering to get a 2bedder 807sqft EC for my family of 4. 2adults 2kids(9& 5 ).is this size able to accomodate us nicely?i can afford a 3bedder but prefer to lesser loan and shorten loan yrs with 2 bedder price.kindly advise.Thank you

Morning,

That would depend your preferred style of living and gender of your kids. If they are both of the same gender, it would be fine, for now. As kids grow older, most would prefer to have their privacy and living space. If your kids are of different gender, then my advice is get a 3BR unit, if it's within your financial ability.

Hi LS,

Whether build in area is sufficient for a family greatly depends on its layout of the unit as well as individual needs. To give you an idea, if you have visited a typical HDB 3rm flat, 807sqf is slightly smaller than it.
