Hi Kevin,

I'm the Resident Agent in Clover By The Park.

Very frank, $1.30M is not possible to get any park facing units. The last 2 units sold at Stack 14 and Stack 15 are all at $1.50M, equal to $1170psf and $1200psf. Was sold only last weekend 17/4.

Park facing units now limited stocks left, and is impossible that owners will sell at $1050psf, even those mid floor.

If you can stretch your budget to $1.436M, I can help you to try for one of the unit, but no guarantee can go through. Will try my best.
