Hi, Would like to seek expert help on my case study.
My girlfriend 33 (PR) and me 36 (SC) intend to go for resale HDB, as holding a PR applying resale HDB should not be a problem, however she owned a property back at Malaysia hometown. As such, we believe it is not doable to get a resale HDB with her owning a property overseas according to the rule stated in HDB.
After discussion, we have analyze and she is fine to transfer her property asset to her own sister, may we ask if by transferring the property asset to her own sister, allow my girlfriend and me to purchase a resale HDB flat ?
Will there be any HDB loan issue ? or other areas of concern that will stop us ?
As we intend to go for HDB Loan, 4 room resale flat that is within my parents housing.
