Dear sir/mdm,
If the sellers are agreeable to any form of compensation in this instance, I believe that will be the best outcome in the even that the transaction is already completed. There is little left for recourse, unless you wish to incur legal cost to seek the compensation.
In terms of the services provided by your agent, you can try lodging a complain with the regulatory body, but the penalty for the agent may not compensate you for the loss.
