Hi, why are so many of the listings that I contact already sold? Why don't the agents remove the listings if the houses are already sold?

It's so hard to use the site when so many of the properties I contact to purchase are supposedly already sold but are not removed from Propertyguru?

Hi Terence,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can understand your frustration as we agents also face similar situation when we call for cobroke.

This year, the market is moving fast, and units are getting off the shelves faster than usual. Personally, I have sold units in as short as 4 days this year.
