Hi,
What is the leading time for landlord to engage a company to fix fully broken down compressor on Aircon unit? I realised that no one ever talks about it neither it is mentioned in TA’s. Only that the landlord is responsible.
We have had our Maintanance company quotation, then landlords Maintanance company came to check and give their quotation, but our landlord is still not happy with the price.
What is the leading time? One month? Two? ….
