I presume you are referring to selling and buying of resale HDB flat.

The usual fees involved in resale HDB flat transactiion are lawyer fee, agent fee, etc.

For selling, usually HDB will act for you, and the legal fee involved is a few hundreds. For buying, if you are taking a bank loan, then the legal fee will be approx. $2500. However, the bank will help to subsidise part of the cost.

When you sell your HDB flat, you need to return to CPF the amount used for financing the flat + the accrued interest.
