Tradehub was $200psf in 2006, even lower at launch. I missed that opportunity then when two balance units on the 9th floor were offered to me with $12k renovation discount thrown in. Now, it is $400psf and higher. Nobody can tell the future price, some times it may be wise not to chase.
I have shared with investors other options on commercial properties. We ought to spread the risk. Thanks.
