Hi lee,

Have you fulfilled the minimum occupation period for your 5room flat in order for you to be eligible to sell?

It depends if your existing unit is a subsidised unit or not as well as if you'll be purchasing another subsidised unit.

Typically, the charges will be legal fees, resale levy and agent's commission that you'll need to pay for such transactions.

To know more in details, I'd encourage you to give me a call for better understanding of your requirements.

Afternoon Lee,

The standard fee for selling is legal fee and salesperson's commission.
The standard fee for buying is Stamp and Legal fee plus salesperson's commission. You will get the cheque from HDB during completion, if it's a positive sales.
However, you would require to fulfill your MOP first and this would defer depending on when you bought the unit, which institution you took the loan from and if you have taken any grant.

Do feel free to contact me for more detailed discussion.
