The pte property that foreigners are allow to buy are condominium/apartment or landed in Sentosa.
Please do aware of the new ABSD being implemented which add up the stamp fee f 13% for the purchase.

Hi B_ing,

I have similar situation here. Theoritically, if you are SG citizen, you are able to apply SG PR for your parents (although I am not sure about the sucessful rate, but worth a try).

At this moment, ABSD applied if your parents want to invest in private residential property.
