Hi, we are PR, have cash $20k only and $40 CPF, pls advice that we can afford to buy 3RM flat? Thks

Cheapest HDB in SG is already abt $250k... and almost impossible to find a $0 COV now... an original condition house will eat up your $20k cash already... After which,

5% option fee has to be cash $125000
15% cash/CPF $375000
stamp fee cash/cpf $3200
Agent fee cash $2500
other misc cost $1000

Therefore, you need to be able to miraculously find a $0 COV HDB. Read More
