Good afternoon s,

Usually HDB will pass you sales proceeds in a form of cashier order and this cashier order has to be deposit in a joint account for all owners.

The distribution of sales proceeds will be up to the owners.

Hi,

1) Honestly if everything can be that easily fairy distributed there won't be war in this world.
2) Hope you are not going to start off a world war 3 from this distribution.
3) If in the process of serving the loan, there is a cash component involved in the monthly payment. The one that contributed more in cash should receive a higher share.
4) But if it is all using CPF only. The one that contributed more in CPF already collected his/her share when the CPF refund with the accrued interest. Then the cash portion should be equally distributed.
