Two questions

1. I received an email the 14/09 about the fact an agent will contact me in less than 48h, and finally nobody contacted me.

What can i do next time ?

2. I have try to enter my phone number, but there is more thant 8 digits (because not a Singapore number) and this is not possible in my profile....what can I do ?
