"Where the buyer is applying with his fiancée to form a family nucleus, they must submit their marriage certificate to HDB within 3 months from the date of taking possession of the resale flat". Assuming your ROM is in Jan 2023, you can have your resale completion in Oct this year.
You can actually start looking for an unit now because typically the resale process will take around 3 months (Meaning u can commit in the purchase in around July this year). Sourcing the right unit might take time so I suggest you can start looking now.
Currently HDB resale market is still very hot and many owners are expecting (high) COV. With proper homework done I have managed to help my buyers to buy with minimum COV or even 0 COV.
