hi there, ma elder bro is 34 this year, hav an o.a of 100k+..possible for him to get a resale 3-4rm flat a.s.a.p? And get some advanced cash if possible..need your advice,thnx all!

Dear Sam,

Your elder brother would only be able to purchase a unit when he turn 35 year old.
He may consider to look for a unit near to his 35th birthday.
