Hi Mr Mohammad,

Yes, you can use just 1 agent to do both buying and selling. In fact, it is advisable for you to use just 1 agent because he/she will have a better idea what is your financial situation and time constraint, and able to ensure a smooth transition.

However, just take note that agent can no longer dual represent for both seller and buyer for the same property.
