For upgrading, we need to plan the timeline and finances carefully first before you proceed. The financial planning will involve finding out how much you can borrow for the bigger flat, your CPF refund and your sales proceeds from your current place. The timeline planning is to ensure that there is minimal disruption as you transit from one place to another.
