I have a query. What is a fixture and what constitutes of a fittings? To my understanding, fixtures are items that are bolted to the wall and usually sold with the property unless otherwise stated. The former owner of my unit who by the way is a property agent is claiming that airconditioning units together with compressor/condenser (note - non movable ones) and lights fixtures attached to the ceilings are deemed as fittings instead of fixtures but my lawyers have indicated it isn't so. I would like to have the feedback of the other property agents here.
