Hi, seeking help regards on some doubts in getting mortgage loan.
This is the situation
- working in civil service sector earning 5k+
- combine income with spouse = 8k
- combine cpf current available OA amount estimated 200k
- age 30yrs old
- husband had bad credit history before as under repayment plan thru insolvency public trustee(not bankrupt)
- but recently(2015) cleared the repayment plan and was issued with certificate of completion.
- as of now, debt free. Not a single loan.
Based on the above information stated, would this couple be able to get a bank mortgage loan for purchase of private Condo which cost ast 700-800k? They are able to provide the 5% cash upfront for the purchase as well. What are the chances like to get home loan from banks?
Seeking some help from experience RE agents/banker who is willing to help this couple rebuild their second chance. Thank you.
