Hi Lina,

If you have the financial means to take up the housing loan or sufficient cash and CPF to pay up for the EM purchase, there is nothing to stop you from doing that. I have a nice EM on sale in Kembangan area therefore if you are keen, feel free to contact me further for discussion.
