Hi Property SMEs,
I am a SPR, going to be SC soon.
I am holding FH private property which TOP 2015, now due to certain situation need to look for a house certainly in private condo (due to HDB rules).
Q1) Is there any restriction on SC buying more than 1 private property
Q2) Can I get resale condo in D19 area of min 1000 sqf and below 800k?
Q3) Resale Condo prices are going to be below valuation as trend can be seen now/ should I wait for some more time?
Q4) Are there any private condo which are in my above budget where TOP can be July 2013?
