hi, my mum is a divorcee with 3 kids under her custody. used up her 2 chances of getting HDB loan , so we are getting one in the resale market. Question is any restriction in the type of HDB we can get? (eg max is 5 rm as what i have heard ). We are looking at EA/ EM type... can we buy ?

Hi Thomas,

As long as finances allows, there should be no issue in purchasing in the resale market.

Is there any other concerns?

There is no restriction for the type of flats your mum can buy iin resale market.
