I would assume that your dad is to sell away his oversea property and purchase Singapore property.
In order to sell the oversea property, he need to engage professional salesperson from that particular country, to perform the sales.

The S&P process needs careful and confident planning in financial, timeline and checklist especially HDB, CPF, bank and lawyer etc. Recently my client 'suddenly' bought a dream condo while 'holding on' to a HDB flat.
