Hi, my combined salary with wife is above 8K but under 10k. Looking for a resale flat with good rental prospects. However, I cant get a HDB loan, but can get bank loan up to 80%. I am cash tight, but got clean credit record. I am facing issues with the 5% down payment and COV. I only have a budget of 10K cash.

Any Guru can advise?
