Hi,

1) If your property is under a mortgage or you have used your Central Provident Fund (CPF) monies to buy your property, your title deed will be safe-kept at the Land Titles Registry of the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) under the Paperless Title Scheme. This is based on the agreement of participating financial institutions and statutory boards with SLA.
2) If you had purchased the property without any mortgage or use of CPF monies, the title deed would have been printed and released to you for safekeeping.
3) If your title document has not been printed and released to you, you may wish to view your title deed before entering into any transactions.
4) If you own a private property or an HDB flat (whose title records have been digitized), you will be able to view your title deed free of charge online at MyProperty (https://app.sla.gov.sg/MyProperty/) by SLA.
5) For the list of HDB properties that have been digitized, click https://app1.sla.gov.sg/inlis/API/computerized/HDBEstate.

Given that your property is fully paid, may I ask when was the purchase done and when did you complete the payment? As per what my fellow professional have indicated, there are several possibilities on where your title deed maybe. For assistance, you may wish to contact Singapore Land Authority for assistance or check with your conveyancing lawyer on how to go about getting the title deed.
