Hi, I've queries on resale flat . Is it rite for a agent to quote a lower price and then when we want to confirm the closing price , it hike up 30k more .

pretty upset by this, but is there something i could do ?

Hi, perhaps it’s really not the seller agent but the owner themselves who wanted more and thus resulted in the increase. There is nothing you could do but only to negotiate for a fair deal so that both side could seal it and move on.
