Hi Ive just sold my HDB flat and cant decide whether to buy now or later, buy hdb or private? I'm looking for opportunities to invest be it HDB or private. Bound by 5 years MOP and other policies Im very confused. Any advice

Hi Linda,

Depending on your investment objectives, there are also pros and cons 'investing' in HDB or Private properties or even commercial/industrial.

Once you are clear on your objectives, it may be easier to identify the type of properties to invest in.
