Hi im not familiar about the rental fee.lets say he's staying for 3mths jan-march so he will pay 2mths rental once he came in.first month i know is rental so the 2nd isit for deposit or security?so if hes staying till march the next instalment isit on feb or the start of march?n when to claim if there is damage at the end of agreement.Thks
