Hi,

If you engage an agent's service, the service fees rate will be as followed :

1. 1 Yr Lease : 0.5 month commission + GST
2. 2 Yrs Lease : 1 month commission + GST

If you found an agent who is already representing the landlord, then you need not to pay him/her any service fees.

Beside commission, tenant is also required to pay for the Stamp Duty.

Personally, I would suggest you to engage an trustworthy agent to follow through your case in order to protect your interest as tenant.
