Hi, I'm an SPR with CPF OA $50K and cash of $50K . How much can I use from my CPF OA to pay the downpayment of a $500K condo unit and what are the other charges I need to be mindful of? How much bank loan am I able to get? Thank you.

Hi Tse,

Talk to a professional banker to work out on your Approval In Principle to find out the threshold level of your loan before planning for your purchase. The banker should be able to advise you more on the necessary financial details.
