Hi I'm an SPR and currently I own a condominium and I also have HDB flat purchased in 2013 which is currently rented out. May I know if I were to convert my Malaysian citizenship to Singapore, do I need to dispose off my HDB flat ?
May I also know are there any Management companies or Agents who specialise in giving advice on conversion of citizenship from Malaysia to Singapore as I also own properties and businesses in Malaysia?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Hi,

I believe your co-owner spouse is a Singapore Citizen, right? Because SPR/SPR are not allowed to retain HDB flat and rent it out if they purchase another condo.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
