Hi, I'm a hotel owner in melaka. Planning to sell my hotel for singapore investors. My hotel location in town centre walking distance to all heritage sites. It is a 53 rooms hotel. Currently there is an operator running the hotel. As owner, I'm getting rm31 thousand per month as net rental. Any agents able to assist in overseas listing?
