Hi if I sell my 3 rm in AMK now, later on then apply for BTO. Do I need to pay for the levy fee?

Morning Mr. Chua,

The levy to applicable to the last or the most recent subsidized unit which you have sold. If your current AMK unit is not a subsidized unit but your previous unit which you may had sold is subsidized unit, you are required to pay levy, in reference to that unit size. Interest might be payable, depending on when, if any, you sold the previous subsidized unit.

Hi Mr Chua,

Is your current AMK unit a subsidized unit or have you ever owned any subsidized unit prior to this AMK unit and not paid the resale levy? If the above is positive, you are very likely to be liable to pay resale levy, which is what my existing client is facing.
