Hi,

As a local, whether you purchase a BTO or a resale HDB flat, you would be required to dispose off your overseas property.

Hi,

1) No you won't be eligible to apply for a BTO/SBF because you owned private residential property overseas.
2) You will only be able to apply for a BTO/SBF 30 months later after you sold your overseas property.
3) Of course, you must also meet the eligibility schemes listed by the HDB in order to submit the application.
4) However, you are able to purchase a resale HDB flat after the citizenship conversion if you meet the eligibility schemes listed by the HDB.
