TO add your mother-in-law and your son as the co-owner, it should not be an issue. But to remove your name completely from the unit, I don't think so. as you need to follow the MOP requirement.
Your mother-in-law, on the other hand, should also not own any property.
For more details, it would be good to write to HDB and get a black and write response from them.
