Hi. I would like to sell my 5 room hdb flat and then upgrade to a new EC in Sengkang/punggol/hougang area. My current flat still has existing hdb loan. So i assume that i would have to sell first before I look for the EC. Is there anymore unsold new projects which top is in year 2013? This being so as I would not want to be homeless or to rent a place to stay for too long while waiting for completion of top. Or is there any other good alternatives as I am looking to upgrade?
