As mentioned in earlier thread, it depends on your unit details and selling price. Are you comfortable in servicing the loan or you prefer to be relieved of this loan?

Your answer very much depending on your preferred profits, and holding power in comparison.

If does not want to get stuck with the property, maybe can consider before its TOP as nearing TOP, u wld be competing with many many many other units who are selling at the same time too
