Does your apartment come with any form of facilities?

I have recently assisted one of my client rent out a 3 bedrooms apartment fully furnished at $3400 located in Lor M. No facilities other than a car park lot for the unit.

If there is available facility, you can be potentially looking at $3600 rental realistically as well as subjected to the condition of your place.
