Hi I wanna upgrade from my 3rm flat to 4 rm

Currently I staying at Costa ris (which is located at pasir ris) coming 5years ++.
And my monthly installment is $390 currently. If I wanna change to 4 rm does my monthly install increase alot?

It depends on the attainable home loan amount, the loan tenure and also the purchase price of your next flat. I have assisted home owners successfully while maintaining their monthly mortgage installements and minimizing cash top ups, however I would need more info to be able to make better recommendations.

  • Currently my existing loan still have abt 80k to go.. And I m 40 years old..so I m trying to see whether can get a 4 rm around here without incurring a huge jump in my next loan. I have roughly estimated my next loan have to keep it below 170k in order for the comfort zone.

In order to answer your question, more information on your current finances and COF balance is needed. Another factor is the age of 4 room flat you are buying. Older 4 rooms flat are genarally cehaoer and even match your selling pice for 3 room but there are disadvatage to take note in buyin such a unit.
