Hi,

I understand that both SPR have to pay stamp duty and ABSD (1st property 5%) for buying a resale HDB unit.

My questions are
1. Stamp duty - pay by cash or CPF?
2. ABSD - pay by cash or CPF?

3. When do I need to pay both of them?

Hi

You may pay your SD and ABSD if you have sufficient fund in the CPF. It will need to be paid within 2 weeks after exercising the option.

I can do a Proforma Financial Statement for your better understanding if you would text to 9620 0827  . I have assisted numerous SPR/SPR in buying HDB Resale flat.

    Is SD and ABSD payment is paid directly from CPF account or we pay in cash then reimburse from CPF?
