Hi, I saw a post on your website which have a negotiable beside the price. Should I ask the agent the negotiation price first or should I arrange for viewing and discuss at the same time. Is there any charges involved for viewing the flat. Sorry to ask this question as I am first timer, single just eligible to buy a flat with a very limited budget.

To answer your question, there are no charges for viewing the flat. In terms of negotiation, it is best to view the flat first before negotiating due to both practical and ethical reasons which is too complex for me to explain here.
