Statistics by URA, the qtr to qtr index for the last 3 qtrs from 1st qtr 2010 to 3rd qtr 2010 is 4.8%, 6.1%, 3.6% respectively. Based on that, i can say that the property market for rental of condo is still good.

The current asking of the rents in " The Florida ranges from $3k to $3.5k which is also in your range.
