Hi i need advise. I just got my keys. Done with 3months extension. But i have not pay my agency fees yet only partial. The thing is before i sell my house i ask my agent again if i need to top up anything for the house he said no. He told me just save aside for his agent fees only. Then when come to my last appt with hdb i was required to pay the hdb a few thousands $! I think my agent might have miscalculated. I was pissed off because its his fault right. So i had to pay hdb fees using the agent fees money no choice. Now he is pushing me to pay his remaining fees. I think its not fair that his miscalculated abt buying/ selling of my house then keep chasing me to pay his agents fees. (Which i am trying to pay installment)
