May I know which condo you're referring to? I think that depends on the size of the development, because the distance between blocks are all different for different projects.

Hi,

May I know which condo are you referring to? I assume its a project under construction? Units facing the road typically will have good natural light exposure but get some road noise, it also depends on how near the infrastructure next door is and busy the road traffic is. It will be easier to give my professional inputs if I can have more information. Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans further.

Hi Sir/Mdm,

In my opinion, it will be better to get a pool facing condo as compared to one facing the main road. A unit which faces the main road will get the noise from the road as well as dust. North facing houses tend to be windy although it may be a bit darker.

If you are worried about the noise from the pool, I would suggest you to visit the development during weekend morning or afternoon as these are the time when the pool is busy. You can gauge for yourself whether the noise is acceptable.

Hi, for a North facing condo and if it is on a high floor, the room would not be dark at all (personal experience). And it is more advisable to go for the one with a pool view because it is very much easier to rent or sell when the time comes.
