Hi. I m buying a resale flat, have gone to 1st appointment, during an inspection before completion date i find loanshark problems with the flat.
What can I do?
Can I cancel the transaction and get back my money, file a police report against the seller for cheating because he doesn't reveal the info to me?

Morning Farmin,

You can consult your acting agent for further assistance. If you are buying without an agent, that would depends on the quality of questions that was put forward, to your seller and his agent, prior to signing the OTP. I would presume the purchase price was quite attractive, hence you might miss out on certain pointers.
