Hi I just sold off my condo this month. When is the earliest i can apply for an EC. I once owned a HDB flat, so I will be considered a 2nd timer. While waiting to buy an EC, am I entitled to buy a resale flat first? Will this affects my waiting period to apply for an EC.

Afternoon Tan,

Under the regulation, you will not be able to apply for new HDB unit, 30 months from your sales of your private apartment.
If you were to buy a resale flat, you will be bonded by the Minimum Occupation Period of 5 years.
Hence you need to sort out your priorities, before acting.
